Update on the Israeli-Palestine Confict
There has been progress in making a two-state solution. Many still feel that making a Palestinian State will spawn more terrorists against the Americans and even the Israelis. Also many Palestinians reject the two-state solution. I kind of feel this won't work out well, there will be some people who really hate the Israelis, therefore there won't be peace for both sides. In Gaza, the Hamas Administration is get support and funds from Iran to prepare for future attacks such as maybe a terrorist attack. The Palestinian leader, Abbas is already in talks of considering a peace treaty but it must have its capital in Jerusalem. If they want their capital to be in Jerusalem which Israel has its capital in Jerusalem, it will made things difficult. There will be war between two sides again, fighting over this area of land. When Bush was in presidency, the Israeli-Palestinian Peace was at a standstill. On November the 4th, there will be a new US president. Many people in Israel favor Barrack Obama to win the election, they think he can change the situation and resolve this conflict. I hope he wins, I am no American citizen, if i was i would vote for him.

I think the only viable solution is a 2 state solution. I say this because the Arab Israeli populations is increasing far great then the Israeli jewish population in greater Israel. In a democracy as soon as you become a minority you loose some of the control over how a country is run. Given the history between the two groups Israeli jews will never let that happen. A 2 state system will allow each group to do there own thing, and will give a home for the Palestinian refugees in the West Bank.
!!GO OBAMA!!
-peace
